What is anxiety?
A feeling of worry, nervousness or unease about something with an uncertain outcome
Cause: Understand it is YOUR feeling, it is YOUR monkey mind and not the situation
What can be done?
ABC: Alert, Breathe, Change
Alert: Journalling, drawing, silence
Accept: fully, whole heartedly
Breathe: with ’aah’ sound
Change: affirmations, sing, dance, play
Practise ABC to turn A to C (Anxiety to caution and Concern)
