The way in which 2 or more people are connected or state of being connected.
2 categories of relationship:
• With yourself
• With others
Relationship with yourself:
Check beliefs about yourself, these beliefs reflect in your relationships
Some points to remember:
• Check what is ok and what is not ok
• Set a boundary (action, request)
• Have complete clarity of what you are looking for in a relationship
• Check your feelings
• Shift from expectation to understanding your need
• Fulfil your need by taking some action, in your capacity
