Sustainable Wellbeing
The vision of SOW is to create Sustainable Wellbeing.
Sustainable Wellbeing means that one is anchored in their own 'Wellbeing practice'. This is possible, through a well guided and structured model of wellbeing processes, that ensures the 'Wellbeing practice' to be consistent and hence sustainable.
Each one is encouraged to use a variety of simple processes, and make them a part of their daily practice or ritual.
The idea is to create an ecosystem of wellbeing, where all parts of the ecosystem feel nurtured and become a co-creator of the wholistic wellbeing.
Sustainable Wellbeing can be implemented at an individual level or across levels in a group or an organisation
Sustainable Wellbeing program - Basic Model:
-
4 to 6 influencers are chosen from among the larger group
-
These influencers are trained in wellbeing processes
-
The training is:
-
tailor made as per the challenges faced by the group
-
simple, easy to practise, learn and teach
-
for just about 6 to 10 hours
-
-
Post training the influencers implement the practices learnt with the larger group
-
on a daily or weekly basis
-
for a period of 4 to 6 months
-
-
For the entire duration of the alliance
-
The influencers are supervised and guided by SOW members
-
the changes/symptoms/challenges of the group are measured and monitored
-
The outcome is: SUSTAINABLE WELLBEING.
